Tilapia is a sweet, mild tasting fish with a fine textured flesh. Tilapia is low in fat and its mild flavor pairs well with bold, flavorful sauces. This fish is versatile and can be baked, broiled, grilled and steamed.
Our Tilapia are farm raised in China. The fillets are CO treated, individually vacuum packed and quick frozen to preserve that fresh taste.
